Rowing training requires more than 80 percent of our muscles and is even more effective than the popular jogging. By rowing you improve your basic endurance.
You will be accompanied by our coach Moaz during the whole training and you can also watch your heart rate live on the beamer. After the training you get a detailed evaluation.
Rowing is effective and at the same time gentle on the joints. Rowing also excercises your cardiovascular system and your strength endurance. It specifically trains your back, leg and arm muscles and is a fun exercise within a group!
