Your coach Lena teaches you in a small group with only a maximum of 6 participants what CrossFit really is and shows you all essential movements.
The course consists of ten units in which you will learn the correct execution of the fundamental CrossFit exercises. Then you can train safely in the classes – so we build together your solid foundation for CrossFit
